Chapter 3 was not of the level of the original. I can't say that I am disappointed with this movie as it was totally different from the first two. The story was good and different. There were less horrifying scenes. There were very very less scenes in the movie that made me jump. The direction and acting, both were okay.
Overall, the movie was good but not as good as first one.
