Review of Inspector Gadget 2 (2003) by Don S — 17 Jun 2011
I have nothing good to say about this movie. I really enjoyed the first movie, thinking Matthew Broderick brought the right amount of seriousness to the role in order to make the character "believable.
" French Stewart is NO Matthew Broderick. His over the top portrayal ruined this film from the outset. The acting from the others is nothing to write home about either. Claw was pathetic. The storyline was cliched, and I did not see the need to animate the car.
All that being said... my 10 year old enjoyed it, but my 7 year old had no interest in it even though she adored the original.
