I don't usually watch rom-coms, but this one's a bit different. It's a rom-com that pokes fun at rom-coms and is deliberately aware of that. Acting is good with everyone doing their part. Rebel Wilson especially stands out and brings a bit of sincerity to her role. The humour is a bit cringe worthy at times, but also so self aware that you can't help laugh out loud.
Overall:
Delightful, and a bit different. However also manages to also be as clichéd as possible.
