It Chapter 2 is an overly long, dull sequel to its fantastic predecessor. It Chapter 2 has structural, pacing and CGI problems. However the main issue for me with this movie is the final Act; after almost 4 and half hours of build up (It Chapter 1& 2) it ends in an underwhelming, predictable note.
The only reason this movie was watchable was because of Bill Hader's stellar performance which, in the end fell prey to bad execution and poor adaptation of source material.
