Outstanding translation of Jeff Wayne's musical interpretation of the HG Well's masterpiece brings the story to live on stage in glorious fashion. Narrated by the virtual disembodied head of the late Richard Burton, it recounts the invasion of Earth by the martians and their deadly tripods.
Great songs and an interesting stage design (including a scale tripod!) make this experience a true joy.
