Maybe I say this because it is not common to see sequels be as good or even surpass its predecessor, but I am not sure if Chapter 2 IS better than Chapter 1. The story is still exciting, is an actual sequel, following the events and dealing with the consequences of the first movie (something most movies can't seem to do), presents a new fresh cast and comes back with the crazy realistic and badass fight scenes.
Even as a stand-alone it quinches the thrill-thrist of any newcomer with the spetecular action and awesome stunts, leaving us at the end wondering where this new journey takes John, his new dog and ourselves.
