It was a MASSIVE letdown. Many important elements of the previous three stories were "edited" in order to create a fourth for money. Much more of those ridiculous three-piece bulletproof suits, where no one suffers severe blunt force trauma from repeated blows.
To continue the series, a new prospective dog handler was needlessly inserted. Another bounty has John being ambushed by hundreds of unidentified bad guys in a large metropolis with no police presence.
