I must sincerely state that watching Joker was a total breath of fresh air for me because my interest level throughout the movie remained intact and I don't think any CGI was used at all!!! The film touches on many psychological aspects of the human condition and Jacqueline Phoenix does a great job of portraying this as the Joker.
