Ok. Finally saw it. I’m baffled. By how overrated this movie is in any way. Is it an Oscar worthy master piece? No. Is it a painful, dark, emotional movie about the down-trotten?No. Is it a dangerous alt-right movie? No.
Is worthy of all the controversy? No. Is it a revolutionary, life changing movie for some parts of the culture war? I dont see why. It’s ok I guess and Phoenix’ performance is great. Thats it. He’s mentally ill, his life moderately sucks, he kill some people, the story is pretty meh! I don’t get the fuss.
