The acting from most of the cast is adequate, but I just can't get past Candace Cameron's lack of believability. She is no better than any local theater actress. She always seems to be trying too hard.
The overall story is fine for a made for TV Christmas movie, though is fairly predictable at times. Best for people who just love Singing Christmas trees, puppies and sweet Hallmark cards.
