Review of Ju-on: The Grudge (2002) by Simon D — 05 Jul 2015
Part 3 of the series and some money has come in from the first two which they can spend on better production. This is scary because it has freaky kids in it, and scary kids are always a lot scarier than scary grown-ups.
I don't know how they got Toshio to stay looking the same age throughout the 3 years since the first film was made, that's freaky in itself. Yes it is quite scary at times but it certainly isn't deserving of the hype.
There are scarier films out there.
