As soon as the helmet is removed and Sylvester Stallone loudly proclaims "I DIDN'T BREAK DUH LAW, I AM DUH LAW!" this ceases to become a Judge Dredd movie. I expected this would be terrible when I saw the misnomer tagline, the cast and the director.
Even the special effects and makeup look second-rate.
