Review of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017) by Ryan M — 09 Jan 2018

To me there were two ways to look at this movie. First, you can compare it to the original. In this aspect it seems like it doesn't stand as well as I would hope. I think this movie doesn't have the same feel as the old one did having the cross over of worlds per say.

However, if you look at this as a movie by itself I think it is very good. The cast plays their characters extremely well, especially Jack Black. To me they hit the balance between action and comedy to keep me interested throughout the movie.
