Boring....and 86% on the tomato meter with an average rating of 8.1 out of 10 by critics!... "The Master" and "End of Watch" are at 84%. Sometimes the tomato meter doesn't work for me.
This was a story about a gay guy in NYC who falls in love with a guy who winds up having an addiction to crystal meth. Oh well. The chemistry wasn't there for me, so I didn't care that "Eric" was going through this difficulty with his partner.
I felt no empathy and wished there was more to the story but there wasn't. Script and performances were weak.
