King Kong VS. Godzilla (1963-Japanese) [2 stars] C-105m. D: Ishirô Honda, Inoshiro Honda, Thomas Montgomery. Akiko Wakabayashi. OK monster mash (a sequel to GODZILLA RAIDS AGAIN) hampered by awful new scenes added for U.
S. (original version was a clever satire of the worst excesses of TV journalism with thrilling music score by Akira Ifukube). Still worth seeing if you like this sort of stuff. Glorious widescreen photography.
