German version of the 'Lock stock and Two Smoking Barrels' if you consider dialogue and the style of the film. The plot is easy to follow, occasionally even funny, Ralph Herforth as a police chief assistant Keller is just an excellent overdrive - Alles gut, chef! Great entertainment for turning off your brain.
