Review of Kontroll (2003) by Patrick D — 04 May 2010
A great movie set in the Budapest subway system. It's a composure of various elements. Thriller, satire, romance, etc. For me it's mainly a society-satire and one of those movies that it is really worth to watch. And that you will think of for some time.
I've never been to the subway in Budapest, but it reminds me of the subway in Prague ten years ago. Even the "Kontoller" looked the same. They just had no armlet, they showed kind of a button while asking for your ticket.
