Review of Kubo and the Two Strings (2016) by Surajit Kumar M — 01 Mar 2017
Beautifully woven tale brought to life by beautiful stop motion animation that makes the most of its medium. This film has more then enough for all ages, with compelling storytelling, emotional scenes, likable characters and just enough jokes to keep things lighthearted, even if they may be irritating at times.
Kubo hits almost all of the marks it tries to hit, and even when they may miss, the visuals keeps it afloat.
