It was a good sequel to the first movie. This animation revolves around Scamp, one of Lady and Tramp puppies. Scamp is kind of wild and doesn't like his house rules so he dreams to be a wild dog and live freely.
He eventually escapes from his house and does become a wild dog for a while, until some events occur.
