Review of Léon: The Professional (1994) by Ashley A — 05 Apr 2017
A movie about a girl whose family is murdered by crooked cops, and to hide from them she has to live with a hit man. Oldman overacts to the point of ridiculousness. Jean Reno does a decent job but nothing exceptional.
I think this is the first movie I've ever seen where a 12 year old child is a better actress than the adults. Natalie Portman is so wonderful in this that I can't stop watching her.
