Licence To Kill (1989) ??? 007 goes rogue, setting off to find man responsible for hurting personal friend. That same man also happens to be a dangerous drug lord. Timothy Dalton's second outing for secret agent is much more vigorous (and therefore has less old-time Ian Fleming panache), but is completely absorbing; largely benefiting from great stunts, exotic locations, high adventure.
A must for action fans.
