Best Dirty Harry sequel, and quite possibly the best in the series. Great casting and acting, and an original story. Even the soundtrack was sensational. Moreover, the idea behind the movie makes one wonder about the injustices of our society.
Harry stated it best when in the car with Briggs..."Briggs, I hate the damn system, but until someone comes along with changes that make sense, I'll stick with it.".
