Part 2 of Von Trier's "USA" trilogy is a superbly told tale that more than lives up to the standard set by Dogville.
Great writing, characters and acting, this film takes a subtle and intelligent view on racism and it's effects. Following Grace on her well meaning quest to bring freedom to a group of slaves in the deep south is fasinating to watch.
This is challenging stuff and the images accompanying the closing credit's to David Bowie's "Young Americans" tell more about the state of the world then "Crash" does in it's entire running time.
