Practically perfect in every way. Honestly I went in a skeptic since I adore Julie Andrews. But this wasn't a remake, it was a sequel and Emily Blunt does justice to the part more than I imagined.
The whole production was wonderful. Lin Manuel-Miranda was perfectly cast (and I thought he wrote the music but I was wrong). The chemistry between the characters brings what could have been a good movie to much higher level--evoking just the right amount of laughter and tears throughout.
Best movie seen in 2019 so far!
