Gack. Some beautiful cinematography and a few bits of interesting intrigue,. The rest is garbage. Mary accepting things a devout Catholic never would, her am-I-bis-sexual-or-am-I-a-slut, her transvestite "lady"-in-waiting, an Elizabeth that has more issues than National Geographic, it's just a soap opera, not a historical epic.
