Review of Masterminds (2016) by Adam W — 31 Dec 2016
This comedy is nothing to write home about. It's a bit disappointing given the great cast. I tend to like Sudeikis in his supporting roles and as per usual I found him quality character. Galifinakis severely lacks range, which is no surprise, he's still a cracker.
Kristin Wiig and Kate McKinnon were ok I guess. Seemed like filler roles where they should have gone with someone younger and hotter (Sorry ladies) So all-in-all some alright laughs, most of them cheap, but you'll giggle here and there.
You won't be finding yourself laughing Out Loud. In short, nothing to hate and nothing great. I did find it interesting that it was a true story.
