Don't plan on seeing the second maze Runner unless you have seen the first one and it's fresh on your mind. If not it will be confused going in. The second maze runner film though feels like the middle part of a movie.
It doesn't have a solid beginning or end just the middle. The performances are good, but the story loses focus on that second half and I was starting to lose interest. Still fans should be pleased until they hopefully make that third installment.
