Review of Me and Orson Welles (2008) by Daniel S — 21 Mar 2009
Another gem from Linklater. I've always loved films with a small group of sharply drawn characters working towards some goal, and this is one of the best. I loved how life in the mercury theater was depicted and all the characters were enteraining, especially McKay who is a revelation as Welles, he gets his voice down to a t, it's oscar worthy.
Efron is also good in the lead. I loved spending time in the mercury theater and watching this film as well.
