After reading some of the many professional reviews of this movie, the consensus said that Meg 2: The Trench is not a movie tailored for a universal audience. While to some extent I can understand that notion - sometimes you have to turn your brain off for some dumb entertainment - ,looking at the results, I'm inclined to criticize such claims, because then, does that really mean the bar is set that low?
I really don't know. I guess it's different for everyone, what I do know is that I didn't have any fun at all.
