The title usually refers to suspending disbelief over the absurdity of the tech, mission, or over the top action. While I enjoyed those parts of the movie, people's stupidity (one character in particular) and bone head choices is the main driver that moves the plot along.
Overall I'd recommend to fans of the series, but for most would say wait until it's out on streaming.
