Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie ever not the best of Mission Impossibles in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch. It definitely helps if you watched the previous one, but you don't have to.
User score (at this moment) is very fair - 8.5-8.6 is good mark for movie I think. The scenes are amazing, I did not like some of the ending parts because of number of characters, but overall I can digest that.
