Sorkin's script is an impressive one but it's Jessica Chastain's outstanding performance that carries his directorial debut into a solid movie. Molly's Game tells an intriguing story but excessive dialogue and an overbearing runtime tend to lessen its appeal.
Nevertheless this fact-based drama is an exciting dive into a secret world told through the experience of one incredible woman.
