Just saw this for the first time today. While I can see how it was capable of destroying the Fleischer Studio - even if it hadn't been released a few days before Pearl Harbor - it's not a total waste of time.
The last twenty minutes or so, at least, are worth watching (this film could have easily been edited down to a thirty-minute short). Overall, however, it's more or less just a curio for animation/film buffs.
..or cheap, harmless entertainment for kids. Your pick.
