Review of My Fellow Americans (1996) by Phil H — 30 Jul 2011
This is probably one of the better comedies from my childhood. It's touching and heartfelt, but also full of genuine humor and comedic situations. It probably could've done with some political satire, which wouldn't at all have been difficult considering the films premise and characters, but it makes do just fine without them.
Jack Lemmon and James Garner are the perfect on screen duo, just as they've always been and would have continued to be had they been somehow blessed with immortality. This is probably one of the duos better team ups.
