Some people enjoy just watching character pieces, and 70s films are filled with this type of entertainment. Unfortunately, I enjoy a little more plot to a film, so the best I can say is that this movie provides a time capsule to New York life in the 70s.
I'm also not much of a history buff, so I guess this film just isn't for me. Everyone does a great job, but I found more interesting things to do while half-heartedly watching it.
