Review of Ninja Assassin (2009) by Phillip D — 12 Sep 2015
It pains me to say this, but it is starting to appear as though The Matrix and V For Vendetta are simply flukes in the Wachowski's increasingly depressing career. Ninja Assassin is everything annoying about the modern duo, who continue to attempt to recapture Matrix glory but instead deliver a painfully acted film with a storyline so frayed even my grandmother couldn't sew it back together.
