Review of Nobody (2021) by Muzmuz — 12 Oct 2021
Bob Odenkirk in an action movie? Count me in. This movie seems like it tried to aim a John Wick-esque flavor while still having a unique character to the overall writing -- and I would say they nailed it.
While the first half of the film was better than the latter when it evolved from a more realistic, brutal combat to an over-the-top almost comedic gunfights at the end, I still find the movie perfectly executed regardless of the sudden change of pace in the action.
Never a dull moment, always anticipating what happens next. And to top that off, they actually made an interesting protagonist and not just your run of the mill badass.
