Review of Nope (2022) by Cylack — 31 Jul 2022
Jordan Poole has done it again. Another hit. Modern day hitmaker. Nope is very different than his other two films. Great ensemble cast here. The movie kept me absolutely riveted throughout its entire 2 hour run time.
The only thing I didn't like was the backstory with the chimpanzee and Jupe. I thought it was pointless, and yes I've read reviews where how its explained its use on an allegorical level.
