Review of Nope (2022) by Viroodiem — 03 Sep 2022
Like M.Night Shamaylan but with extra steps.
A decent film that was nearly killed by Keke palmers performance in the first 30 minutes of the film. After she calms down the movie finally starts to get into a groove. Much of the cast was wasted and the plot could have used extensive rewrites to make something better.
Reminded me of the love child of M. Night and the Cloverfield franchise and not in a good way.
