Ocean's Eight is well acted and a stellar cast. Unfortunately, the plot is predictable and straightforward. The pace does not create much tension, and the performances of outstanding actresses such as Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Cate Blanchett can't really lift it.
Still, an entertaining, pure escape movie for the summer.
