While the plot of this movie isn't rocket science, it has an engaging plot and interesting cast. Anne Hathaway is particularly notable as the seemingly shallow and vapid Hollywood darling daphne kluger. The relationship between the characters played by sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett is deep yet fun to watch.
In a box office increasingly dominated by apocalypse and dystopia, oceans 8 is a fun summer flick that is both exciting and charming.
