A movie that has no plot, yet never feels like it. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is filled with great performances, great dialogue and humor and great directing. This is a really entertaining movie. It's so fun to watch and mostly thanks to the writing and performances.
One of its weakest aspects are the characters. Margot Robbie's character, for example, was really weak and underdeveloped, despite being featured in all the promotional material and posters. The rest of the characters, with a few exceptions, were basically the same.
The pacing is alright, it never feels too fast nor too slow, it was okay. The cinematography is really good. Technically speaking, this movie was great. Easily one of the best movies of the year and I highly recommend it.
