Strong action and fight scenes, weak plot and a hellaciously bad ending. (Spoiler Alert) The guy was supposed to be the hero. Put him through hell his whole life and then end it like that. What ever the drug of choice is in that country, the writer had way too much of it.
..Lame ending.
