Cute, heart warming but I have a few cringe notes to make. First, they could have made him a jerk but not a complete write off before he lost his memory...the original did. The transition wasn't believable. Also why did they cast someone so old? He might be one of Mexico's most famous actors but they needed a younger star, if Anna Faris has to look young and perfect, the male love interest should have to as well.
All in all I liked it enough but I could have been a real hit with a few tweaks.
