Review of Overlord (2018) by Steve C — 10 Nov 2018
Not the Call of Duty: Zombies I expected but still an incredibly entertaining and well made WWII set horror film with plenty of style and gory action to go around. Throw in some great characters and a great main villain and you have yourself a really good but not great genre flick.
In the hours that have passed since I've seen it it's only gotten better in my mind. The opening sequence is one of the most intense and adrenaline pumping intros to a film I've seen in a long time.
