If Hugh Jackman was the lead, it would have received 7’s and 8’s but since it’s Nicolas Cage, it gets 3’s and 4’s. Critics are pack animals who follow each other and they don't like strange outsiders like Cage.
This is, despite a modest budget, a very entertaining horror movie. A missing child is everyone's worst nightmare. It’s perfect for the family at Halloween. I'm deliberately over scoring to be different from the crowd.
