Review of Petals on the Wind (2014) by Andy G — 30 Dec 2014
From the very beginning, I was disappointed. Paul dying in the very beginning?! I'm sorry but in the book he dies at the end. And also Paul was African American, not white. They cut a whole portion of intimacy and feeling from the movie by taking out Paul early. Also, Henny died with Paul and she cannot talk, unlike she did in the movie. Then Christopher and Cathy having an intimate scene was never in the book. Cathy always refused. There's probably more flaws, but guess what. I'm writing this with only watching 30 minutes of the movie. Very disappointed.
Update: Who the heck is this Sara girl that Christopher is getting married to? Was never in the book. And there are sooo many plot holes.
