Review of Pillow Talk (1959) by Happy F — 14 May 2017
A frolicking, fun farce that elevates the viewer to a simpler time of party-lines (yes, they did exist), wide-eyed innocence, and the thrill of the chase. Hudson's over-the- top antics and Day's doleful abashment yet fiery spirit help create a tension-filled, romantic romp that connects with even the most "modern-minded" viewers.
