Ed Wood was also a good movie and would make a good companion piece to this film as a kind of backstory to the worst film in cinematic history. But, actually, Plan 9 is not the worst movie. The worst movie ever made is "Silence of the lamb chop.
" Awful in it's overwrought pretentiousness. Especially, career hambone, Anthony Hopkins.
