Review of Prospero's Books (1991) by Edgar C — 31 Dec 2012
Artistic expression at its deepest meaning. The best and most original, controversial, unique and visionary adaptation of Shakespeare's last play, The Tempest, gloriously put on the big screen. Greenaway's pervasive collage is a feast for the senses, culminating in a work easily found among the historically renowned controversial works. A dazzling masterpiece.
97/100.
